Here is a doll house my wife and I built.
My wife got the idea to build a doll house for our grandkids and got a big drawer from the restore. We designed it together and I divided it into floors and rooms not paying much attention to level or square; the kids don’t care. I added a roof, a fireman pole, a chimney, windows and a basement. She did all the painting.

As you can see we paid little attention to the scale the pieces. My wife collected most of them from the thrift store although she made a bed and stove from one of those commercial clay products that harden in the oven. She also used the clay to make a bowl and “food” for the table. I made a few tables and chairs using strips of thin wood and hot glue. We had some match box cars and action figures laying around from years ago.
And the kids loved it. We have a box of people, animals, and cars so they can have endless options for their imaginations.
